DNJ Cyber Academy is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to closing the cybersecurity workforce gap by creating accessible pathways into high-demand careers for youth and adults in underserved communities.
Founded by Dr. Nolyn Johnson, CISM, the Academy provides structured education, CompTIA-aligned certification pathways, and workforce development programs that create real career outcomes — not just training certificates.
The Academy operates alongside Dr. Nolyn Johnson LLC, bringing the same executive-level cybersecurity expertise to workforce development that the consulting practice brings to organizational security.
Program Tracks
Introductory cybersecurity curriculum, career exploration, and CompTIA ITF+ pathway for middle and high school students.
16-week intensive program for adults transitioning into cybersecurity. Job placement support and employer partnerships included.
